We opened on Summit Avenue in Jersey City with one obsession — quality. Ceremonial grade matcha sourced with intention. Cold brew brewed differently. Crêpes made to order, every time. Nothing reheated. Nothing rushed.
We stay open until midnight because the city doesn't stop at 9pm. We source our ingredients because they matter. We train our team because the experience matters. And we're just getting started.
