By downloading, accessing, or using the Crepeccino mobile application or visiting crepeccinojc.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Crepeccino JC LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company at 586 Summit Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07306.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must have reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You may create an account using your phone number. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must provide accurate information.

Orders are offers to purchase subject to our acceptance. Prices are in USD and subject to change. All sales are final except as required by applicable law.

The digital wallet is powered by Square, Inc. Balances are not bank accounts, not FDIC-insured, may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law, and are non-transferable except through features we expressly support.

Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or be modified with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time.

By submitting photos, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with the App and our marketing. You warrant you own the rights to all content you submit and that it complies with our Community Guidelines.

Community membership may require verification documents (student ID, proof of residency). By submitting documents you consent to our review and storage per our Privacy Policy. Membership and associated perks are non-transferable.

No unlawful use, fraudulent verification documents, obscene or harassing content, unauthorized access, commercial scraping, impersonation, or malicious code.

All App content, trademarks, and software are owned by or licensed to Crepeccino JC LLC. No rights are transferred to you.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREPECCINO JC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crepeccino JC LLC from claims arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by New Jersey law. Disputes resolved by binding AAA arbitration. Class action waiver applies.

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
