Community Guidelines

The Crepeccino community feed is for sharing your café experiences. Violations may result in post removal, feed suspension, or account termination.

Post photos you took yourself at Crepeccino. No misleading content, no impersonation.

No harassment, hate speech, threatening or violent content, sexual or explicit content, or inappropriate content involving minors.

Do not post personal information about others without consent. Do not photograph individuals without consent.

No illegal activity, spam, misinformation, or malware.

All feed photos must be taken through the App camera at time of posting. No uploading from your library.

Photos must be your original work. By entering you grant us the license in the Terms of Service to feature your photo in the App and on social media. Challenge winners are selected at our discretion and are final.

Verification documents must be genuine and belong to you. Fraudulent documents result in permanent account termination. Community perks are personal and non-transferable.

All posts go through automated safety screening. We may remove any content at our discretion. Report violations using the in-app report feature.

First violation: post removed. Repeated violations: temporary suspension. Severe violations: immediate account suspension. Appeal by emailing legal@crepeccinojc.com.

We may update these Guidelines. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
