Crepeccino JC LLC operates the Crepeccino app and crepeccinojc.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• You provide: name, phone, email, payment info (processed by Square), wallet info, photos via camera for the community feed, verification documents for community membership, and communications.
• Automatically: device info, usage data, push notification tokens, log data.
• From third parties: Square (payments, loyalty), Expo (push notifications), Anthropic (automated photo safety screening — images are analyzed then discarded, not retained).

Process orders and payments; manage wallet and loyalty; operate and moderate the community feed; verify community memberships; send push notifications (opt out anytime in device settings); improve the App; comply with legal obligations; enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your data. We share only with: service providers (Square, Expo, Supabase, Railway, Anthropic) bound by data protection agreements; legal compliance when required; business transfers with notice; other users (first name/handle, avatar, and feed posts only — never phone, email, or full name publicly).

Verification photos are stored in an access-controlled bucket visible only to authorized operators, never shared with other users or third parties, automatically deleted 30 days after an approved verification or 7 days after a denied verification, and represented by a cryptographic hash after deletion for audit purposes.

Photos are captured via device camera only (no photo library access), submitted for automated safety screening before publication, visible to other users once approved, subject to the Terms of Service license, and removable by you at any time.

We retain account data as long as your account is active. To request deletion email legal@crepeccinojc.com. We fulfill deletion requests within 30 days except for legally required records.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may access, correct, or delete your information, opt out of marketing, or lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Contact legal@crepeccinojc.com.

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and access controls. No method is 100% secure.

We will notify you of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
