Delete Your Account

To delete your Crepeccino account, email legal@crepeccinojc.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and the phone number associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Please note: account deletion permanently removes your profile, order history, loyalty points, wallet balance, community memberships, and all posted content. Wallet balances cannot be recovered after deletion — please spend any remaining balance before submitting your request. This action cannot be undone.
